LayerZeroFault never contacts users directly via Telegram, Discord, X, or email offering "recovery support" or asking for seed phrases. We will never ask you to input, verify, or send your mnemonic phrase or private key. Any account claiming to be LayerZeroFault asking for wallet credentials is an active phishing attacker.

Response Commitments
- Security Disclosures: We acknowledge critical vulnerabilities within 24–48 hours and coordinate rapid hotfixes.
- Editorial Errata: Technical corrections regarding blockchain hard forks, firmware releases, or library updates are verified on our testbeds and deployed within 72 hours.
- Zero Commercial Support: We do not offer personalized one-on-one recovery consulting or fund recovery services. Inquiries requesting private wallet intervention will be rejected to protect your security.
